FRICKINAWESOME on Feb 14 '10 I'm liking this a lot even though the concept of a railway system to either draw an image with the lines or connect it to another concept has been done to death. I'd love it way bigger on the tee and dropping all the informational pieces of the design on the bottom either completely off, printed on the sleeves or on the back corner of the shirt....super fun idea that would take people a moment to interpret but would be worth the wait!

The metro info on the sleeves is a great idea, wonder if its a feasible idea for threadless to to fulfill within their budget?

For what it's worth, I like it just the way it is as Threadless is flooded with abstract and fine arts, this design is a breath of fresh air being a fantastic clean cut visual communication piece. This definitely deserves to be printed....heck it'll have my 20 bucks or more if it does that's for certain!

For a metro map it is sweet. I personally enjoy the hard to read Old English style maps like those of Middle Earth : )

I love this idea. I wonder if you could try bring bit more "Middle Earth" into the design. Maybe try a fantasy font or old map coloring. Right now its just in the names, and 90% of people will just see a subway map and not look twice.

eh ignore the post above, some people seriously need to learn common courtesy and not thread crap. I haven't seen any Tolkien styled subway maps around so unless you're willing to post an actual link to something worthwhile looking at, you should just buzz off.

Still I gave it my best shot and I'm proud of it. Sorry you feel that way...if you do have a link I'd be more than keen to compare and see how they match up.
