Hmm. Of the three in this series thus far, this is my least favorite. The fan head is interesting, and the wind shapes are as well, but it just doesn't quite make it as a composition. That dangling stick at the bottom right isn't helping matters. While it is clear what it is, it's separation from anything else of that darkness in the middle of the light shirt is jarring to the eye, and it becomes a focal point vying for attention with the fan.

I think the sharpness of the wind is a bit detracting from this piece. Also the orphan at the bottom of the design really does fight with the top of the fan, maybe if you moved the white box over a bit so we could see the top and bottom of the fan connected?

I agree with Cpagan, the wind wisps should be just that- a little more wispy and a little less sharp. It looks more like ice than wind. Can't wait to see version 2.

not an interesting t shirt design at all, I think too many submissions overlook having a good idea to start with.
