It's a cool idea, but i'm not sure it really works... the continents just make the top of the tree look like... not a tree. Perhaps if you used individual clusters of leaves to suggest the continent shapes instead of having them in one solid block?

Cool idea, and nicely executed. However I don't think it translates well onto a t-shirt.

I love the concept, but it's really not a very aesthetically pleasing shirt. Maybe make the branches (the parts that aren't countries) more delicate? The whole thing is a little bulky.
