Simple, dynamic, clean. My only suggestion would be to make the water drops the same color as the hand. It would make them clearer and lend to the composition by drawing the eye in further along the diagonal already created by the hand and the foliage.

I agree with makeing the drops the same color as the hand it would make this design kinda pop from a further distance instead of needing to zoom or get closer to the design to see all the detail.

i like your original work, minus wind is the "element" that typically replaces air. i'd say if you were to change the colors at all, to make the hand the same color as the earth, then change the droplets to a blue. i'd buy it if the edges of the leaves looked cleaner.
