I like the twist in this famous fist gesture! My personal opinion - I'd wear it if it was more simple. Add some clarity+

I didn't see the word 'digital' as the middle finger, it needs to fit more with the style/colour of the hand. Also, try adding some digital icons, not just revolutionary icons.

wow nice, I actually really like this! only suggestion is that there is something not quite flowing/right about the middle finger, nice idea but the execution of middle finger is a tad off. Not sure how to help there, but other than that great!

could be better, maybe play with the composition, don't have it in the center of the shirt, play around with colors also... mostly with the shirt color though

Remove the white outline.
Make the midle finger a little longer (To be anatomicaly correct). Having that finger have the word is not letting it read like a finger. I don't see a need for all those linework fills |

That's pretty cool! I like the idea of using the middle finger xD On the filling linework - it looks a bit full now but when it's three sizes bigger on a shirt it might not be a problem. I agree with what Alke said - more digital icons would be cool. 1s and 0s, computers, keyboard letters, (lolcats? :P), I dunno. I think putting it right in the centre of the shirt was a good move because a fist needs to be very bold and the centre of attention. Good luck making your shirt! :)

Its a great start, i'd play with the fonts on the words "Digital" and "revolution" down at the bottom. Also might need a bit more clarity, when I see the image on the guy wearing the shirt, its hard to see thats its a middle finer. Can't wait to see this evolve as you have a great start.

I like the overall design. I think you achieved your target aesthetic for sure. I'd say a slightly longer middle finger and a little less busy on the index and pink finger- so as to match up with the ring fingers spacing a bit more.

The only suggestion I'd have would be to make the Bird finger a little longer, and maybe use a heavy white stroke instead of the solid white text on DIGITAL. "Revolution is fine at the bottom, though. The white text up top forms a sort of box that distracts from the rest of the design.
Maybe try a point or two thicker stroke on the outside of the hand, too. Over all this is cool, and I love those old posters, too! |

Beautiful idea. But I think, that the would felt other basis, or added to the proposal another colour. Yellow?

Until I read your explanation, I thought it was a pun, as in a revolution of the digits on one's hand. It would benefit, like people have said, from more electronic imagery, as well as a longer middle finger.

Thanks for all your comments and scores so far. To answer all those who say it neds more digital icons, well the digital is in it's creation 100% on the PC in Illustrator i.e. Digital.

I would personally buy this as-is. Maybe try to have other revolutionary/ counter culture symbols in the other fingers? Something simple and repeating for the sake of making more sense. |
