I've been using public domain images from 'The Commons' over on Flickr. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Their names are real; Pat Connelly, an Irish wrestler and Fred Storbeck, a South African boxer. Because it's important to mix up fighting disciplines in Beat Em Ups.

Haha. I'm normally not one for stock art, but this is downright awesome. I wish this was a real game so I could fight like a true gentleman for once.
