Hah, you're right, it's totally a white-world sterotype that guacamole might be enjoyed, advertised, or produced by a person or persons of hispanic descent. Should have made him a white guy? Would that be more racially open minded, sir? It's my belief and reassured observation that refusing to acknowledge aspects and associations of culture and/or race lead to the perpetuation of stereotypes themselves via the stigma and fear induced by making a topic off-limit. Also, mind you, no implications or associations are being made of any race with anything snyde, demeaning, belittling, or criminal, Etc.
