About my design

I had 2 trends in mind when I was creating this. First was the idea of creating a monochromatic design. Second was using both illustration and photography in a coherent way. Hope you guys enjoy this. I have to admit I laughed out loud a few times drawing those little octopuses.

I think the squid should be more of the same style as the ink, and less cartoony. But it's still great.

I hope Threadless can see past the unfortunate un-original idea.

besides how similar it is to 'ink happnes'

regardless, i'm not a big fan on the photoshop smoke.

just like in your submission, a time up in smoke... it just looks like you took a brush and stamped it on there.
