I don't quite get it, but that doesn't matter. This is artistic and interesting enough that it's just a neat design.

One suggestion: Alter the color of the birds... It looks just a little too much like the Twitter bird, especially with the clouds and everything.

I got it. It's like picking out a balloon from the balloon salesman. Anyway, I agree with TyMorty in that you should change the color of the birds. Otherwise it would be a 5 from me.

I meant that the placement should be higher because it would look cuter on a lot more people. I hate low placement shirts 'cause even if the design is good i won't buy them for anyone I know and i really want to buy this shirt :)

Simply stunning way to use the negative space/color of the shirt into the main object of the submission. Really cool stuff, and I get the hopeful environmental message amidst the degradation.
