While the concept is nice, the correlation between the hands and the shadow isn't really obvious. Probably cause there's no form of hand whatsoever in the shadow, it seems like a background scene rather than a shadow?

I do agree with inSINcerely, that maybe you should have made the shadow look more like a shadow of the hand. Reguardless I would wear this design with pride!
