Thanks! I considered some hidden words, but felt it might take away from the simplicity of the idea, so just drew as tangled a mess as I could. All i had to do was look at my floor for inspiration :P

Having spent ages the other day untangling several pairs of headphones I can honestly say that your art reflects life!!!!!! As for putting them the other way round... when you throw anything on the floor in frustration, how often do they end up the wrong way?! Sod's Law?

oooh thanks for drawing this!! my old mp3 player had a clip on the back that i could stick the headphones under after i wrapped them around it. now that i have a real ipod (which is superior in almost every other way) they always come out of my bag looking like that, even though i wind them up tightly every time.
