all in all, well done.
the text makes it look like a shirt design for the band clutch. the shifter graphic should be bigger on the front, and move the title text to the back.

Formally you didnt do a bad job, it represents what it's suppoed to perfectly. But the whole idea behind the design is boring and kida pointless. I dunno, it just doesnt do much for me (Then again I'm a bitch of a critic to please).
