About my design
by CRog
I don't think I've been to a concert yet where there hasn't been a few excited people unwittingly signaling the band "I love you!" when they really mean to say "Rock on!"... or do they?

This shirt is for those of you who'd like to inform your fellow music enthusiasts of the proper gestural etiquette for concerts or those of you who believe that rocking on is only a thumb away from showing some love.

I think this is hilarious, and as a linguist, highly appropriate!

Re: En Ajustes comment

Well, it's a different message altogether, but it IS funny that we both used the "fig.1" schtick - I'd never seen the other shirt before!

Gosh, I need to get this for my boyfriend... The first time he gave me the "I love you" sign, I was like "rock on?"
If he wore this, I'd never forget ever again XD
I really hope this will get printed as a shirt in the long run, I'd buy it instantly!

Dude, I have seen this at concerts way to many times. But, then, most of the people doing this love the band anyways.

xD I'd sooo buy it.

The idea is cool, but it's definitely not a shirt for women with curves. Maybe if they were centered, like one on the back, one on the front, it would be more unigendered.

@ Lady Noire:

You're definitely right. Maybe it could be a little smaller and higher up for the ladies then. I think it's definitely got to be side by side though - I played around with having them one over the other and it just didn't seem as effective

(This is Asa, by the way)

I think an altered positioning for women is a good idea.
