Love it!! The only thing I keep thinking is that the compass rose keeps distracting my eyes when I look at the rest. I wonder what it would look like softer/greyer.

Nice concept. Maybe a somethign in the ocean would improve it? Giant squid/octapus/etc, as you see on some of the old maps.

About my design
1. first of all you have to climb mountains.
2. then you will pass through the cactus trees.
3. after successful you have to swim across the strait and you will climb the mountain again and continue to swim across the strait again.
4. after that you will find an oasis to rest for a while.
5. after a rest and come back to continue the journey you will find palm trees.
6. continue with the 10 steps to the right, then 20 steps forward.
