The red one away from all the others would have to be in the middle square. Sorry, but the it looks like a flaw to me. Love the concept. I just can't get over the block being in the wrong place. It is actually impossible for there to be no red centerpiece as your cube is showing.

^A rubik's cube doesn't have faces and totally doesn't talk, so this isn't a rubik's cube, it's just a coloured cube.

Not only is the red one supposed to be in the middle, but there's another green on as the center cube on the top. Somebody must've switched the stickers...

I like it, I know it's picky but I agree with the comments about the red one being in the wrong place. I think it just looks like a mistake.
