Remember when you have a new design into the running and you keep hitting F5 all the time just to see if you have a new comment? Or when you keep refreshing the blogs first page just to see if there's a new post/thread?

Well, this is annoying. At least for the F5 keys. They don't like to be poked all the time! You need to control your anxiety! :P
