Though not normally subject matter that catches everyone's attention, trots (diarrhoea) is an affliction almost everyone experiences at some point during their travels. I find this really helpful forum thread about how to avoid the diarrhoea, i suggest you to read it before you go to your travel destination. |

They pretty much lug all your gear up mountains, set up camp, and cook for you. Modern day version of the slave. |
