I'm sorry if someone thinks that there's an infringement.. indeed I wasn't sure if I could use Lupin or not so I decided to send it anyway: I thought that if something was wrong the stuff simply would have not accepted my submission..

Yeah... unfortunately this would have to be categorized as "Lupin fan art", not original art. It's such an old anime/manga that the creators might not have rights to the image/likeness of Lupin anymore though....so it might be ok.

yeah i wonder if you could pitch your design to whomever currently owns the rights to it if its not accepted on here (i bet its probably funimation, they've been buying out all the older animes and redubbing them for American audiences) - this is a very clean painting. good luck :)

yknow, if the crazy-manga-con world wasn't so accepting of fan art as something to profit off of, maybe we wouldn't have as many people who don't realize that art-which-is-not-yours is not yours.
