Clever idea. The black ink outline glowing might not work though, glow inks tend to be light/off white, so you might have to redesign it a bit.

For the seemingly weird colors on the shirt, my wife suggested I go for a Sid and Nancy - Love Kills vibe (my wife often helps me out with colors).

As for the glow in the dark, doh! I'll keep it in mind for the future.
