the dots don't seem to be perfectly straight and they aren't in line with the cue anyway.

Either get rid of the text since it's too small, it'll seem like it's not there anyway, or enlarge it.

I would prefer the pic in the center of the shirt. and a different color shirt.

i agree with radical edward, plus, what does it say in the corner? its weird to have something wrapped around the front corner of a shirt. the illustration isnt bad though.

I might lose the arrow and the text altogether. guy with the cue works on its own.

Either line up the arrow or lose it. The text is unnecessary. You also might consider making his hands/the cue a bit bigger, as they look a bit odd in proportion to his face.

It has potential.
