agreed on the more organic, and maybe some lines to distinguish the arm from the rest of the silhouette.

i couldn't quite tell what the shape was at first, so that might want to be worked on. maybe highlighted in white, black or whatever color matches? whenever i realized what it was, i loved it. i would buy this.

Some alterations to the edges would make it more interesting to look at. At the moment it comes off as a simplistic cutout.

needs more detail in the silouhette. There need to be more lines to define the action of the subject, that is, we need to know he is saluting. The most successful t-shirts are both interesting to look at and easy to understand quickly. This one is an interesting concept but it needs to be fleshed out more. I'd take the advice of other people here and fix those edges and then in my opinion make it more clear what the viewer is looking at. It wouldn't need to be much, just some lines on the hand or something. Hope that helps.
