Love the idea of co-opting the Star Wars logo for this anti-war message, that borders on brilliant, but I'm not digging the pattern on the inside of the letters.

This has been done. However, the POP pattern elevates this to a very cheeky combination of satire and postmodern jubilation.

this is a really great concept but I would like it better if it were the same colors and text as used in star wars, it would be much more recognizeable

I think it's neat, but I hate the print inside the letters. If you want a pop art feel there are a lot of other options.

I actually do like the retro design inside the text. It reminds me of Saved By the Bell, too. I guess, in a way, it's okay that people have seen this done before because part of pop art is re-appropriation.
