@jnai & greententacle: I avoided making the city look like Oz, because I couldn't really find one standardised depiction. So consequently, the city that's the Tin Man is rampaging in, is conceivably one in our world. Perhaps he followed Dorothy home, and she's the one that broke his heart... :P
