This is a great tetris themed design. The tee has a classic threadless look to it. The only thing I would say is that there should be an additional block added at the long part for the L piece ;)

^huh? nuh-uh. He's got it right.

If you're talking about the piece hanging from the crane, it's right (four blocks total to make the L). If you're talking about the pieces on the ship, some of the blocks from the tetris pieces have cleared.
