This is so simplistic, that I think you could enlarge this, making her antlers crawl up the shoulders. I think it would make this a much stronger design.
And if you were so set on flocked cheeks, it would be much easier for that process if they were larger anyhow (though, I agree with others, it doesn't need the flocking). |

Note that the left coat edge actually has a thicker line like the other side - it got skimmed when I cropped the background for this picture.
