Memento Mori is a Latin phrase meaning "Remember you will die". I try to remind myself of this every morning as I start a new day.

This design was inspired by old tattoo designs, Edgar Allan Poe, Victorian botanical illustrations and my life-drawing classes when I attended art college.

illustrated in pencil crayon, coloured in photoshop. Tee printing requirements: simulated process, oversize print.

it's not really depressing. Reminds me of what's important and puts things into perspective. Also it encourages me to live life to the fullest. :)
