i think you forgot the 3d effect on the L shape. that's bothering me a lot.

when i play tetris... i make these holes in which only the long piece can fit... therefore ....

I see the 3d effect on the L. It's over to the left. Awesome idea. I totally know the feeling of praying for the straight piece and the joy of seeing it finally appear in the nick of time. I agree that it would look better on a darker shirt. The contrast is a bit much.
