Her boobs look a bit weird, for the definition they have they should be a bit bigger. But it looks cool, I like the colours and the cloud/wind effect.

Man, I don't mean to come off all big boob-obsessed and stuff. I'm just saying, they should technically be bigger, the way you've drawn them. I'm not saing they SHOULD be bigger. Just, you know. Saying. Maybe you should make them smaller even.
