maybe more gradual to skull, like have him lose his hair and go gray not just all of a sudden become a skull. (though of course maybe he didn't die of old age after all)

So...in the course of my lifetime I will gradually grow hairier and then suddenly melt into just a skull? Not very promising...Maybe if you altered some of his facial features to make him actually age, as it is it dosn't really make sense.

the concept is cool, and I like how you animate, but the design is just poorly executed imo. this doesn't show an aging cycle so much as a random collection of hairstyles and then a skull
