This is my submission for the Threadless Loves Childhood contest. For me, something I always remember from being a little kid was going to the beach, building a sandcastle, and by the end of the day the tide would have washed the sandcastle away. You build a sandcastle, knowing very well that sooner or later it wouldnt be there anymore, but we do it anyway because of the fun of creating something.
