Worked on an alternate version of this and added a wheelbarrow full of leaves in the foreground and extended the base of the tree somewhat. I can reallly relate to being a night owl because I work under the pruple sky which is around like 3-4am in the morning.

I often stay up late at night working on my illustrations and am a total night owl, which seems to be common among artists. Makes sense because the night is a quiet, contemplative time where one can work undisturbed. The night gardener stays up late as well, drawing his inspiration from the light of a full moon while the rest of the world sleeps.
