The sense of absurd but symbolic protection this little gentleman has chosen, is methaphoric, so are the elements on the puppet strings, which are meant to fit the weather/ danger themes, and so is the whole design. You'll see for example the puppet strings controlling each others, coming from the upper clouds.

The earth, humanity (planet of hands) is now beginning to be colored, so, "protected" and "in peace" by the gentleman. I chose for the umbrella the peace colors flag, and it's also the rainbow colors of course.

It works on 7 colors, but i also made an alternative graphic version in 1 color.

PS: (about copyrights, as the hands are inspired by the godfather's ones, it's clearly not an issue, as i redrew everything myself and mirrored it, so it's even the other hand).

The seven colored one!!! Definately..although the cloud on the shoulder looks a little wierd, maybe you should make it not solid- it kinda draws your attention away from the cool parts.
