I love the painterly effects in there, and I feel like the vector lines contrast too much. I'd really like to see some handrawn pen lines or maybe the lines could be a lighter color?

Really like this you should submit for the children's challenge. The clouds are distracting maybe you could pull them away from the birds or get rid of them. I love your style.
