Pakpandir on Jul 15 '09 i'm digging this! Hope this gets printed. Especially like the maze on the front amongst the parallel lines. That's sick and the cheese and mouse just makes it all work!

FRICKINAWESOME on Jul 15 '09 Mesmerizing pattern for a shirt, even if it is a bit of a eyestrain. I like the mous/cheese concept, although the piece of cheese just seems too contrasting for the style of the maze, the mouse seems to fit much better tho. nice work!

quister on Jul 15 '09 I have to disagree with FA, it is a rare that I do that, but I think the cheese, done differently, signals the viewer that this is not just another patterned shirt, but in fact a maze. Maybe it it could have all been done in one color but maybe not. Anyway, very unique concept, and given the back/front double fun, worthy of a $5 IMO

wonder if the mouse can be in front (bottom right) instead of at the back? if someone doesn't see the back of the shirt, he/she wouldn't know what the cheese is for..just my opinion, no offends :)

Cool idea with the mouse on the back, makes for a satisfying reveal when you turn round! The 'optical illusion' quality of this design works well - it would attract attention for that reason alone but the cheese/mouse add fun.

Haha love it! The hidden letters are mind-boggling fun to find. While the mouse appears more handdrawn, the cheese looks sort of pixelly, is that intentional? I was going to suggest that they match in style, but it could just be the size that's messing with the look.
That poor mouse looks so defeated. |

really awesome shirt. I like everything except 1 thing. When the maze on the front starts getting more complicated in the center you can clearly see a rectangle that stands out around the edge. I would suggest either making the entire shirt a complicated maze like the center or making a different shape other than a rectangle that doesn't pop out at you so much (perhaps a hexagon?). Hope that made sense. Otherwise, great design, and thanks for the comment on my "Head in the Clouds" shirt.

Love how the yellow pops compared to the rest of the shirt. It gives it character. Everything is perfect but something about the shapes surrounding the mouse bothers me. Maybe if you squared off the ends of the lines on the right side of the mouse like you did on the left side in stead of changing the direction of the lines, it would look more consistent. That could just be my quirk, tho. The "MAZE" in the middle is brilliant. Great job and thanks for your critique on my design!

I like how you blocked out the center and then added diagonal lines around the shirt connecting to the main maze. The mouse is really well illustrated.
