i was wondering that myself if it was printable, but if it is not i could easily lessen the quality of it.

hey adriane,
while making the design i was a bit worried that people might compare this shirt to the other shirt that uses butterflys. the thing is, i have my own concept and idea, rather or if someone else used butterflies it's still 2 completely different shirts. anyhow they aren't even really butterflies, they are sirenges that have butterfly wings on them, tho the diffences isn't to far apart.

I really like the concept of the butterfly/needle, but the buildings at the bottom of this feel kind of tacked on. I would suggest removing the buildings and possibly just having one single butterfly off-centered in the chest area.

Yeah, the big butterfly dominates and the other stuff feels extranious... but one butterfly alone doesn't seem as interesting. Is there a way you can work on the connection?

I feel like there's a message here, I don't want it to be simple, but right now I don't get it. Safe injection sites? Well, that's what I think of because that's what's been in the news here.

im not going to give the full story, but the butterfly needles are drug related. when working on it thought of just doing one butterfly needle, but it wouldn't be interesting, i wanted it to be more in dept. a friend of minds who worked with me had the idea to have the butterflies attacking people, but i thought it would be kinda tacky, or lame. so we put buildings, after it was done, i thought it looked like monster butterflies being let lose from a evil labratory. i thought it worked.

concept shines stronger than execution in this piece.
make a poster of this, with more attention paid to composition.
