Everyone loves penguins! But I'm not sure about the ice cream, it's not exactly a strong concept, it's just random. But not so random as to be one of those cool random things. If the ice cream was melting, it would be one of those global warming designs, which everyone hates. I guess he's going somewhere special in his tuxedoand probably won't get his deposit back from the hire place.
