No, I actually set it up in Photoshop where I would have the brown in one tif and the rest (cream and dark blue) in another. Then, I Streamlined the tifs and brought them back together in FreeHand. The face and some other details were not quite where I wanted them, even though the tifs were high res, so I tweaked it out a little before getting the desired results. For the face I actually pulled one of the tifs in to FreeHand and traced over it, adding finishing touches that do leave a kind of cartoonish/Nagel feel to it.

Nice design,... but it's kinda cluttered. Too illaborate for my taste. Try simpler designs.
