I think this takes too long to figure out. I'm guessing that the text somehow explains that this is a green screen (aren't they blue, anyway?). Casual glancers are going to think it's a chalkboard or something. Maybe just through a real weather map up there and it will register quicker. I think with a t-shirt you've only got a few seconds to get the concept across.
