Very organic, i'm diggin' it.

Man. For some reason that little guy just does it for me. But I wouldn't buy it as is. I'd lose the text and give the little man a band. And the large black stroke around it all seems too much... otherwise, it's almost a winner.

I like the character a lot. The text matches the style but I'd prefer it without. He cracks me up.

I like the text, and the bold outline is a nice touch in my opinion.

nice illustration. i visited that link though and i think he needs the band. also get rid of the text. stylistically it's appropriate, but i think it interferes with the spunk of the characters somehow.

yeah - I used the text in another submission and it was well received, but folk suggested applying it to something more obvious - guess I haven't got the execution quite right - may just have a clour version of the band in another submission and have a think about how i might use this font ... cheers for yu comments

i'm with the lose the text crowd too. this guy would look great on his own (as would the others).

I think the whole thing should be bigger, maybe make strummer boy two lines in stead of one.

this character is great! i'm with the others... the text is pointless. i love the guy by himself (although the band is cool). he looks super sitting on the bed (on the website)... or put him on a milk crate or easy chair or something. the way he's squinting makes me laugh every time.
