I really like the style of the lettering, but think it would be better if it was applied to something else, maybe something octopus related or something. you could definitely do more with it

I love the color and texture, but I agree with the other comments - it's almost too simple. I see a fox tail in the L, and snowcaps over the Es. Some hidden stuff could be cool while still relating to the initial message.

At first I couldn't tell what was going on here, it wasn't readable as letters. I like the organic nature of it, but I'd suggest working on making it more readable.

About my design
This submission here was originally intended for the Threadless "Loves" competition, and quickly rejected as I am a dunce who does't read the restrictions carefully enough (no halftones). However I stand behind this simple illustration and would like to know whether you see it as print-worthy. Less is more.
