Letters as characters is a very nice place to start something.
Wish this particular design wasn't so "aimless", as you put it. And i dont see the need for 2nd colour here. |

If i was walking down the street and saw someone wearing this shirt, i would have to ask them what it means. Therefore i think you should bring something into the design to make a person realize the theme instantly without having to ask. . . :)
