This is a reworked version of an earlier submission. I was asked for more detail, so that's what I did. I hope you like the results.

i like the brain. i agree that the concept is good, but the result isn't as appealing. i'd like to see more of the brain. why do i feel like i'm hinting at some casting couch?

AWESOME CONCEPT!! Id buy this in a heartbeat. Heh, heartbeat, heheh its a pun...because the zombie...is...dead......nevermind. My only criticism is to maybe detail the kid a little more, because he does look rather pale.

Overall impression - Great concept! I would totally buy 1 for myself and sell 100 to my friends (nothing in this world is free anymore, LOL).
Critique - Try to redo the kid's face (needs to be cuter), take out the hat and the sunglasses + Redo the monster's left feet and boom that shirt is a masterpiece! |

I have listened to your comments, which have been most welcome, and very much happily received, and, like a benevolent God, or perhaps just a submissive whelp of a vector jockey, have reshaped the mystery of the Child's Face into a clearer and altogether more tantalising and nail-biting experience! I think you will like it! I honestly hope so! He still has a cap though because caps are dope. Word. |

Personaly I think there is nothing wrong wiv the illus, in fact IT'S AWESOME!!! the zombie is very well made, no doubt! guess cs the zombie is too well made so the kid somehow lost the attraction?! still....AWESOMEx10

I gave this a 5 + I'd Buy This, but I have to agree with the comments about the kid. Also, I think that it would work better if the zombie were a little less cartoony (specifically in his face)--the scarier he looks, the more of a contrast you have with the silliness of a kid riding him.
Regardless, I can't wait for some incarnation of this shirt to make it into print so that I can buy it. |

Damn kid. This is a hilarious concept, totally original. I just wish the illustration was better. I think it would be better if it was more realistic, maybe vector traced. If you can make the illustration better this shirt rocks hard.

this is funny, and i think how the boy looks adds to the funniness, i dont think there's anything wrong with him but i think you should lose the white in the picture, and make it all creme like the boy...or apricot or pink ? brains and zombies teeth and whatnot arnt usually white i would assume anyways, and yeah make the zombies left foot into a left foot. This isn't something i personally would wear but nice job anyway :)

zegazong: the first version I submitted was a single colour image (check my history to find out) and wasn't too well received - hence the added colour and detail in this one. I might have a think about the pink on the brain - thanks. XXXXXXX and mutex: Personally I prefer the blocky cartoon style of it - I think cuteness mixes with zombies well :) Anyway, sit tight! The kids face could be better. The details are not there yet,... looks like it's missing something. Maybe the use of your colours can improve that. The shades, for instance,... the left thumb of the zombie,... you could have used the colour of the skin (used on the zombie) to draw out the thumb, and replace the skin tone of the zombie with the "skin tone used on the kid". Try it and tell me what happens.

with that use of colous,... you too can draw out the kid's arm which is missing.
