FRICKINAWESOME on May 17 '09 this has some great style to it...i'm not really into surfer shirts and the only time i've heard about locals is in the flick "Point Break", but i love the retro style of this design and how all the little details and background elements blend together for a T&C Surf Design awesome.

I have a shirt exactly like this, only it's Gumby skateboarding down a wharf, wearing Gotcha shorts, and listening to a Walkman.
