I think crits should be constructive, this means the critic has to suggest a solution to the 'problem' pointed out. To me, I feel the emphasis of 'No Entry' is enough on the flag and on the little badge. The guy's headgear will do with just a red round shape. Otherwise, the composition is good. Simplicity is the key and the theme's message is straightforward in the design.

red does go well with the theme...very bold.
