Great design... Love it... Tho smaller is better I agree... and I love the small design on the sleeve!! Think it should stay... The less symmetry the better me thinks... and the blue is great with the yellow and red... No no... I think the colors are great!! Yes yes, they stay!!!
Sooo... only the big man has to become a tiddy smaller... is all...

wow, i never though primary colors could be used to blind someone.

Grant I am going to be controversial and say that you should leave exactly as is.
For the bigger guys out there it will look great and very in your face, might wake a few people up as you walk by. Certainly will get you noticed which can't be a bad thing.
In reality however it is probably a little to bold for the mass market so I would do 2 sizes of design one a little smaller for the mass market.

no big is better. why buy a shirt with a piddley little graphic?! BIG BIG BIG. it will look better on. check the toki doki shirt. how awesoem does that look when it covers the whole front of the shirt. big is the way to go. why wste the money on something that wont make an impact?!
