Now that I see it again, it looks a little too much like Comedy Central's Logo. Try some alterations, and dont forget the placement

I think it's very good a clever idea well executed. One suggestion though, I feel it would look better with a reflection image next to it then group and resize smaller and center. But I give it a 5 anyway.
