Simulated Process allows her to add as many colors and whatever shading she'd prefer. And she noted that in her write up below that it would print as a simulated process.
My only thing would be to make the faces match. The Heron's eye and slight smirk gives way for a more cartoon look, whereas the flamingo is very natural and almost photographic. Either make the Heron more like the Flamingo or vice versa. But I definitely like where you took this... kudos on both the flamenco dress/feathers and the addition of the human legs.
pssst... and should there be a next time, name it the other name ;)
I'd say change the flamingo to a more cartoon-looking face, to add the feminine features. And change the legs to birds. Even if the heron is still wearing pants, bird feet poking out from the bottom.
