Actually nice combo of elelements, but maybe a few too many in different styles that don't quite mesh well. I'm impressed the most with the placement of the design, nice choices.

Need to be careful referencing the Imperial Japanese Navy Flag. Because of Japan's actions in asia during WWII, alot of people might find this imagery on your shirt offensive. Don't think you wanna do that. Otherwise, I think your design is colorful and great.
