I was inspired to do this design whilst watching the show "Supernatural". In it they often use "Devil's Traps" in order to trap a demon and keep it under control.



So my idea is that by putting a devils trap on a shirt the wearer can keep his or her "inner demons" under control.



The "Devil's Trap" is constructed with the Grand Pentacle and the 5th Pentacle of Mars (from the Key of Solomon) and it means :



"Write thou this pentacle upon virgin parchment or paper (or a shirt!), because it is terrible unto the demons, and at its sight and aspect they will obey thee, for they cannot resist its presence. "



The hi-res original is around 3000x3000px and drawn by hand from reference found around the net.

interesting. although you could have used the text to write something funny... i think the threadless community will find this too dark...

but i like it :-)
