I would make the taxi match the style of the face

i think it's a tight design, the face is really catching, but I don't seem to get the connection between the face and taxi........

I dont get how the two conect could some one tell me

the head is a balloon that has lifted a 3 wheeled taxi off the ground slightly - its more about creating a sense of the weight of the taxi and the tension in the rope, than a connection between subject matter. Its also a study of line and composition - I visualise loads of these floating through the streets of new york silently ... a bit wierd but hey ...
